So same year I was rorn, this book was brought to life as well. So I simply loved it!!! Not becouse of the year, but becouse what's inside. How mentality is changing in human's history according to knowlege of alphabet and literacy. It's great book for lovers of odeas of Marshall McLuhan, becouse Ong is (one of )his most talented student(s). Great book for those who want to understand themselves, changes in the world and written word. :-)
